Day Tour Mikumi National Park

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your advised location in Dar es Salaam. From there, you'll embark on a scenic road journey to Mikumi National Park, located approximately 300 kilometers (about 186 miles) from the city—a drive that typically takes around 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Upon arrival at the park, you'll proceed directly into the heart of the wilderness for a day filled with thrilling game drives and exploration.

Armed with a delicious packed lunch to enjoy in the midst of nature, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and an array of bird species. Mikumi is known for its open horizons and rich biodiversity, making it ideal for an immersive safari experience.
