Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your advised location in Dar es Salaam. From there, you'll embark on a scenic road journey to Mikumi National Park, located approximately 300 kilometers (about 186 miles) from the city—a drive that typically takes around 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Upon arrival at the park, you'll proceed directly into the heart of the wilderness for a day filled with thrilling game drives and exploration.

Armed with a delicious packed lunch to enjoy in the midst of nature, you’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, and an array of bird species.
